RIHSS provides the mentor program to junior scholars to help their early career development. Moreover, to enhance multidisciplinary research and development in the humanities and social sciences in Taiwan, RIHSS actively seeks to assist cross-disciplinary researchers in the development of their academic networking. Through the sharing of experience and the guidance of senior scholars, junior scholars and cross-disciplinary researchers are encouraged to develop their research perspectives and academic networks to enable them to confront more advanced research topics.
