To enhance the quality of humanities and social science books published domestically, RIHSS specifically invites domestic academic journals with qualified journal editorial committees and rigorous anonymous review systems that publish at least biannually to review manuscripts. Once the journal's editorial committee agrees, the journal will be listed as eligible, and new listings will be regularly announced on the RIHSS website. All teaching and research personnel (including retired staff and postdoctoral research fellows) in the humanities and social sciences in Taiwan are qualified to apply after completing their manuscript. RIHSS will invite appropriate eligible journals to review individual manuscript applications within their specialty. Our aim is to establish a robust and diverse review system to improve the publication quality of academic monographs in the humanities and social sciences.
